Who Qualifies To Receive SCFD Funds?
Agencies of local government and nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations whose primary purpose is to provide for the enlightenment and entertainment of the public through the production, presentation, exhibition, advancement, or preservation of art, music, theatre, dance, zoology, botany, cultural history or natural history; has a principal office within the district; conducts the majority of its activities within the state of Colorado; and principally benefits the residents of the district.
